About Caitlyn.

Caitlyn’s background combines classical ballet training, nutrition education and years of consistent Pilates Practice.  Completing up to Advanced 1 (Honours) with the Royal Academy of Dance, Caitlyn found joy performing with The Queensland Youth Ballet.  She developed a deep mindbody connection during these formative years that would continue into adulthood and an understanding that movement can impact the brain.  Caitlyn went on to study a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Home Economics (Nutrition) and Film & Television. 

While working in TV Production, Pilates became the thing she could rely on - something she could return to even when depleted, busy or running low on energy.  That experience shaped her approach to movement: disciplined, sustainable and grounded in consistency rather than extremes.  The days when she completed a practice were the days she felt clear headed.

She believes real strength, both physically and mentally, is built through showing up regularly, developing body awareness and creating habits that support long-term health. 

Caitlyn holds a Pilates Mat Certification and is looking forward to completing her Diploma of Professional Pilates.
